What InVi means to Michelle:

“InViolet” means family, the family we choose because they make us better by revealing our true nature through the joy of collaboration. It is a gift beyond measure. Never has Michelle known a group of people so ferociously talented, honest, and generous as these, working tenaciously toward each others’ goals, and sharing gratefully in each others glories.
